2. Condition of Returned Items: We accept returns only if the item is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return.

3. Exchanges for Incorrectly Ordered Items: If you have received an item that was incorrectly ordered, we offer exchanges. Prior to returning the item, we will provide a quotation for freight and any price difference for the replacement item. 4. Faulty Items: If you believe you have received a faulty item, please register the details with our office at info@cmtorangetools.com.au before returning it. Faulty items resulting from manufacturing defects will be replaced or credited after inspection.
